Biography: Record-setting quarterback Mark Spivey joins the Prairie View A&M staff as an offensive graduate assistant this season. Spivey recently completed a record-setting campaign for the Panthers at quarterback as he guided the Panthers to back-to-back winning seasons for the first time in four decades. In addition, Spivey also holds several school records such as total offense in a season, most passes completed in a season and career and most yardage passing in season and career. A native of Houston, Texas, Spivey has earned several SWAC Player of the Week honors over the course of his career and was named SWAC Newcomer of the Week in 2003. EDUCATION |
