Building and Room Inventory Database

The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board requires each University to provide them an annual inventory of all their buildings and rooms contained therein. This listing is the inventory provided to THECB on 1 November, 2006. This list is used for the following,

To maintain an up-to-date building and room inventory that is required by The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. This information is used, in part, in calculating how much HEAF (Higher Education Assistance Fund) money Prairie View A&M University gets annually and in calculating building replacement cost.
To provide space documentation required of the Texas A&M System Annual Capital Plan.
To provide information for internal assessment of space allocations and for use by the Vice President for Business Affairs and the Campus Master Plan director for the upcoming Campus Master Plan.
