Official Transcript

Official transcripts of all academic work must accompany each DICAS application. Transcripts are kept on file in the department and cannot be forwarded to graduate admissions. Students accepted into the program and applying for admission to the graduate school must submit a complete graduate admission packet which is separate from the internship program.
