Section II – Qualification for Membership

A.  Executive Board Officers

1.    Director

a. Must have served as a chairperson of a committee for at least two long semesters     prior to election, or one long semester and both summer terms

b. Must be enrolled at PVAMU for not less than 12 semester hours at the                      undergraduate level.
c. Must have at least a 2.5 CGPA.

d.    Must be in good standing with PVAMU.

2.  Chairperson of Concert and Lively Arts

a.    Must have served as chairperson of a committee for at least one long semester        or both summer terms prior to election.
b.    Must be enrolled at PVAMU for not less than 12 semester hours at the                        undergraduate level.
c.    Must have at least a 2.5 CGPA.
d.    Must be in good standing with PVAMU.

3.    Chairperson of Speakers and Lecturers

a.    Must have served as a chairperson of a committee for at least one long semester        or both summer terms prior to election.
b.    Must be enrolled at PVAMU for not less than 12 semester hours at the                        undergraduate level.
c.    Must have at least a 2.5 CGPA.
d.    Must be in good standing with PVAMU.

4.    Chairperson of Cinema and videos

a.    Must have served as a chairperson of a committee for at least one long semester        or both summer terms prior to election.
b.    Must be enrolled at PVAMU for not less than 12 semester hours at the                        undergraduate level.
c.    Must have at least a 2.5 CGPA.
d.    Must be in good standing with PVAMU.

5.    Chairperson of Advertising

a.    Must have served as a chairperson of a committee for at least one long semester        or both summer terms prior to election.
b.    Must be enrolled at PVAMU for not less than 12 semester hours at the                        undergraduate.
c.    Must have at least a 2.5 CGPA.
d.    Must be in good standing with PVAMU.

6.    Executive Secretary

a.    Must have served as a chairperson of a committee for at least one long semester        or both summer terms prior to election.
b.    Must be enrolled at PVAMU for not less than 12 semester hours at the                        undergraduate level.
c.    Must have at least a 2.5 CGPA.
d.    Must be in good standing with PVAMU.
