CAB Constitution Preamble

The name of this organization shall be the Campus Activities Board (hereinafter referred to as CAB).  The CAB shall be the official programming arm for the Department of Student Activities and Leadership of Prairie View A&M University.  The mission of the CAB is to provide the Prairie View A&M University community with opportunities for growth through educational, cultural, social, and recreational experiences that will foster an atmosphere conducive to open interaction and exchange among all students, faculty, staff, alumni and guests. 

Additionally, students shall be afforded opportunities to develop leadership, interpersonal skills, group dynamics and provide input in the management of the Student Activities programs.  The CAB shall operate within the policies of both Prairie View A&M University and within the laws of the State of Texas.
