Intramurals General Information: League & Tournament Play

League Play

For most team sports, the days and times of league play will be determined prior to the distribution of the mangers packets. Choice of league, day, and time of play will be on a first-come, first-served basis. League play is structured to accommodate students schedules. Teams will play once a week for five or six weeks with the days and times staying the same each week. Leagues consist of a round robin format.
 
Tournament Play

To be eligible for tournament play, teams must meet the following requirements:

• Demonstrate good sportsmanship throughout league play;
• Pay the tournament fee by the listed deadline in the managers packet;
• Have met all other requirements listed in the managers packet.
  

Special Note:
When deemed necessary, the Intramural Office reserves the right to place a team in the proper tournament, no matter what their league record may be.
