Individual Sports & Activities Entry Procedures
To enter an individual intramural sport or activity you must do the following:
- Obtain a participant's packet from the Intramural Office.
- Read all the information contained in the participant's packet.
- Submit the individual entry form and pay the entry fee on or before the entry deadline.
- Attend the required participant's meeting to receive rules and schedules
Entry Fees
To provide quality team and individual sports and activities, the Intramural Sports Program requires a participation fee. These fees are kept as low as possible in regard to students finances. Participation fees differ according to the particular type of sport or activity.
- A forfeit deposit will be assessed to team sports, which is included in the entry fee upon registration. The forfeit fee will be listed in the managers packet and on the roster form. If teams do not forfeit any of their games the deposit will be refunded.
- If a manager or team representative misses the managers meeting, you will lose your refund.
- Refunds must be picked up by the end of the third week of the following semester.
- Managers may also apply refunds to a sport the following semester.
