The Lady Panthers closed out the season on a great note after capturing the SWAC championship Saturday.
With a 48-44 win against number one ranked Southern University, the Lady Panthers will compete in the NCAA tournament. The win marks the third championship for the Panthers and the first under the direction of head coach Toyelle Wilson.
