Temporary/Summer Employee Hiring Procedures
The Standardized Hiring Evaluation Matrix, Standard Interview Questionnaire and Search Committee Identification forms are not required in order to post temporary, adjunct or summer positions. However, it is important to ensure fairness to ALL applicants during the screening, interview and selection processes. For audit purposes, the hiring authority’s process and justification for selecting temporary/summer hires MUST be documented and maintained within the department for a minimum of two (2) calendar years.
