The three-story, 105,000 square foot facility was designed by world renowned architect, Michael Rotundi, in partnership with HKS based in Dallas, Texas. The building’s prominent location at the front of the campus offers greater exposure and visibility to the University’s programs in architecture, art, construction science and community development and offers the School the opportunity to host additional and more extensive community programs. The Architecture and Art Building is also home to the newly established Texas Institute for the Preservation of History and Culture.
