Support Services


Information Technology Services supports all PVAMU faculty and staff desktop computers, peripherals (printers scanners etc.), University owned laptops, network infrastructure, Student Computer Centers and academic labs with the exception of Distance Learning and the College of Engineering. ITS does not support personal computers

All requests for these services should be in writing by submitting a SNOW helpdesk ticket or by calling 936-261-2525 and  by opening a SNOW ticket. Non-critical questions, inquiries, and support requests will be prioritized accordingly.
