Share Drive Access Form
This form is used to request access to the “Institutional Reports” Share Drive where users will find current university information including student detailed enrollments, current/pending degrees, applicants, and other reports. The form should be completed, signed and submitted electronically after the supervisor’s signature is obtained. You may use the “Submit Form” button in the upper right-hand corner to return the form to us electronically. If you cannot submit the form electronically, you should print and send a scanned copy to ire@pvamu.edu. Access is restricted to approved users and the number of users are limited.
Once access is granted to the Institutional Reports Share Drive, you will receive instructions for mapping to the drive. If you do not receive instructions, please email us at ire@pvamu.edu and request “Mapping to a Network Drive” instructions.

Applicants Privacy Policy
The TAMUS Managing Counsel, Mr. R. Brooks Moore, has provided us with important information regarding releasing information about PVAMU applicants. In summary, “information about applicants SHOULD NOT be released to individuals outside the university”. This includes secondary school personnel, financial supporters, and university alums. Installing Tableau Reader
Tableau Reader is a free software that will allow PVAMU faculty and staff to access interactive dashboards created for “Special Groups” of students which may include Direct Connect, ACCESS, Panther Pride, First Generation and Pell Grant Recipients, etc. Special Group dashboards are planned for completion throughout the Summer of 2015. Individuals with direct responsibility for these groups will be notified when the dashboards are ready for use. These dashboards will not be available on our public website and can only be accessed using Tableau Reader. Follow these instructions to install Tableau Reader.
