Enrollment 2013

The Annual Enrollment period will run from July1 through July 31. More information is available in the June issue of Benefits Briefs. This year PVAMU will experience a decrease in monthly premiums beginning September 1, 2013. Other benefit changes include a decrease in the maximum contribution amount employees are allowed to contribute to a healthcare flexible spending account to $2,500.00. To read more information on the plans offered, click on Annual Enrollment. All employees can make benefit changes online through iBenefits. Making changes to your coverage is convenient and secure. Go to Single Sign-On and click on the iBenefits tab. If you should have any questions regarding your benefit plans during the annual enrollment period, please contact the Benefits Team at benefitsteam@pvamu.edu or the Office of Human Resources at 936-261-1730 Representatives from BlueCross BlueShield, Express Scripts, Delta Dental, Pay Flex, Cigna, Minnesota Life and Eyemed Vision are scheduled to be on campus only on July 23, 2013, in the John B. Coleman Library, Room 108 , at the following times:

  • 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m
  • 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
