All employees are expected to maintain standards of performance and conduct that is suitable and acceptable in the work environment. Disciplinary action, including dismissal, may result due to unsatisfactory work performance and/or for unacceptable conduct. Involuntary terminations of non-faculty employees must be reviewed by the Office of Human Resources. Details can be seen in System Policy 32.02.
