Application Deadlines

APPLICATION PROCEDURES
A completed application for admission is required and must be submitted to the Office for Graduate Studies by the following deadlines:

Domestic Students
May 1st for the Fall Semester
October 1st for the Spring Semester
March 1st for the Summer Semester

International Students
May 1st for the Fall Semester
September 1st for the Spring Semester
February 1st for the Summer Semester

All supporting documents (original transcripts, letters of recommendation) are to be sent to:

Office for Research and Graduate Studies
P. O. Box 519 – Mail Stop 2800
Prairie View, Texas 77446

*We do not begin the evaluation process until ALL required documents have been received.

* Also check the individual College websites as they may have requirements in addition to what is required by the Office for Research and Graduate Studies.
