Step 3: Scholarships and Financial Aid

At Prairie View A&M, we offer quality education at a reasonable cost. Financial aid is also available to assist students with tuition and other fees. Paying for college doesn’t have to be a stressful and confusing experience. Once accepted to the university, you will be assigned a financial aid advisor who will guide you through the process of applying for scholarships, grants, work-study programs, and loans.

All students receiving financial aid must fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Admitted and continuing students wishing to apply for scholarships must submit the general scholarship application. If you are interested in a work-study program, contact the Student Employment Department to apply for placement. For more information, see our step-by-step instructions on how to apply for and receive financial aid.
