Ms. Eve M. Hall is the Vice President of Programs at the Thurgood Marshall College Fund where she manages a $7 million program portfolio budget. She has overseen large national programs for the state of Wisconsin, local school districts, non profits and post secondary institutions. She serves a member of the Fund’s Executive Management Team. Throughout her career, she has managed more than $20 million in program budgets.

She was tapped by the CEO to serve as the Executive Director for TMCF’s High School Reform Initiative, a $5 million dollar initiative funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. In this role, she oversees scholarships, faculty development, research, internship and the implementation of the organization’s new talent recruitment program. 

She was appointed by former Governor Tommy G. Thompson, of Wisconsin to serve as the Governor’s local liaison to Milwaukee, where she was responsible for constituent relations between Milwaukee and the Governor’s Office. She also served as a liaison for the Secretary of the Department of Health & Family Services on child welfare and welfare to work issues.

An experienced administrator, she served as the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent of Milwaukee Public Schools responsible for directing the district’s K-12 School to Work Initiative. She has served as Vice President of Public Affairs for Family Service Center of Milwaukee.  She has coordinated educational programs for the University of Wisconsin –Whitewater, Tampa and Milwaukee Urban Leagues. Of all of her experiences, she counts her experience as a teacher in the public school system in Tampa, Florida as one of the most rewarding experiences.

Ms. Hall is currently completing a Ph.D in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service at Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee, WI.  She has an M.S. in Administrative Leadership and Supervision in Education from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Milwaukee, WI and a B.S. in Educational Psychology and a teaching certification in Learning Disabilities from Florida A. & M. University, Tallahassee FL.

She is sought after speaker and lecturer, and serves as expert researcher on teams working on School Reform throughout the nation. She is a proud alumnus of TMCF’s Florida A&M University. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Former Member of the Links Inc., TEMPLE and The Girl Friends Inc.

Ms. Hall has been recognized as one of the Milwaukee Business Journal’s most Influential Under 40. The US Postal Service Women Putting Their Stamp on Milwaukee Honoree and one of the 100 Most Influential African Americans in Milwaukee.
