The “iMail” block provides each student with an inbox for each course, with the ability to create, send and receive email with all the features of a standard email program. iMail is internal to eCourses, meaning the messages automatically remain within eCourses unless the user specifies an external email address. If you don’t see the iMail block in a course, it is because the instructor has not enabled it.
