Patrice Carrington is a graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. She has tried countless jury and “bench” trails. Her experience as a trial attorney as well as being a skilled no nonsense negotiator has benefited those she represents. She is a member of several professional and community service organizations including the State Bar of Texas, Waller County Defense Lawyers, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and serves as a Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Hempstead. Ms. Carrington has been a lead facilitator for the University of Phoenix since April, 2004 teaching legal classes which include Contemporary Business Law, Human Resource Risk Management, Employment Law and Political Science.

Corinne Vahalik is a Brookshire, Texas attorney with the law firm of Vahalik & Vahalik, P.C. Her practice focuses mainly on estate planning, probate and general business matters. Prior to joining Vahalik & Vahalik, she was an associate attorney at the Richmond, Texas law firm of Tate, Moerer & King, LLP.
Landlord/Tenants’ Rights | Attorney Ryan Marquez

Ryan Marquez earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2009. While at the University of Houston, he was an Articles Editor with the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal, assisted clients as a student attorney in the Civil Clinic and Transactional Clinic, along with serving as a teaching assistant for the UH/CLEO Summer Pre-Law Program. After Law school, Mr. Marquez interned with the 14th Court of Appeals of Texas for the Honorable Charles Seymore. Upon passing the bar, he joined Lone Star Legal Aid where his area of practice includes Landlord/Tenant, Housing and Consumer Law.
