Bioengineering Concentration


The advisors for all bioengineering students are Dr. Gyamerah and Dr. Thompson. Students with a concentration must declare using a Change of Major Form.


For registration advising, students should schedule a meeting with the designated advisors and bring:

  • Change of Major Form (if not previously completed)
  • Registration Form
  • Marked Degree Plan
  • Long Range Degree Plan

Degree Plan

The bioengineering option will require students desiring the concentration to complete 21 hours of course material that build knowledge, skills, and expertise in bioengineering. Specific course requirements are as follow.
