CEES Student at the 2019 Pathway Symposium
The 16th Annual Pathways Student Research Symposium was hosted by Texas A&M University (TAMU). Over 400 student and faculty representatives from throughout the sprawling Texas A&M University System gathered for the two-day competition. I was afforded the opportunity to participate by giving a poster presentation of my research titled “Batch Anaerobic Co-digestion and Biochemical Methane Potential Analysis of Goat Manure and Food Waste.” My presentation was on the very first day in the morning at which time I expounded upon the research I had done. The next day I was presented with the 3rd place award for best research in the graduate engineering award winners category by TAMU provost Dr. Tom Mitchell. I am grateful to Dr. Raghava Kommalapati for allowing me to work on this research and providing guidance as well as to Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU) for selecting me to participate in this competition.
