The soiree showcases the academic pride of the CAHS students. This student-oriented event honors those who’ve excelled in academics and educates the masses about the impact of the CAHS Difference.

The occasion involves a menu filled with beef, pork and goat products, vegetables and desserts raised, produced and processed from the university farm. Other activities include hayrides, cattle roping, horseback riding and line dancing.
