Removing Clutter to Create Clean Spaces Conducive to Successful Learning and Work

Spring Up and Clean Up! The Office of Business Affairs is happy to announce a 2-day event offering Main Campus University faculty and staff the opportunity to de-clutter campus facilities and create Clutter Free Spaces that are Conducive to Successful Learning and Work. This clean up event is a great opportunity to dispose of records that are no longer needed and furniture that is in disrepair. Join us in clearing work areas to increase productivity and service, eliminate waste and maximize resources.

Paper, Salvage Furniture, EMPTY File Cabinets, Paper (Document Disposal may require additional forms and pre-approval) Printers, Projectors, Computers, Monitors and Tires are accepted for disposal. Check out the registration website for a full list of acceptable and unacceptable materials for disposal. Only PVAMU property will be accepted for disposal.

Just bring your non-bulk items to the “curb” and volunteers will do the rest. Pick-up sites will be conveniently located across campus. Register today to select your pick up location and time. Bulk items will be collected from their current location.
