The Division of Business Affairs is committed to assisting the University achieve its first-class status in teaching, research, and service through efficient and effective delivery of support services in a manner that is customer-friendly, open and communicative, and ensures compliance with applicable laws, policies, rules, and regulations.

  1. Each employee in the Division of Business Affairs is committed to the Golden Rule; i.e., we will treat everyone as we would like to be treated.
  2. Each employee in the Division of Business Affairs will keep the lines of communication open with all of our constituents.
  3. Each employee in the Division of Business Affairs will be compliant with all applicable laws, policies, rules, and regulations, and will serve as a resource to the entire campus community.
  4. Each employee in the Division of Business Affairs will do their best to put all customers in contact with the correct department if we cannot resolve the problem ourselves.
