The College of Business is pleased to host and extended Executive-in-Residence Program Wednesday, April 3 through Friday, April 5, 2013.  This year’s guest executive is Marshal Wesley, retired director of program finance for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company.

During Mr. Wesley’s ten-year stint with Lockheed Martin he served as senior manager of financial controls, director of diversity, director of finance resource integration and his most recent position, director of program finance.  His list of accomplishments include participating on a Corporate team that designed and implemented Career Navigator – an Enterprise career website designed to enable employees to be accountable for their own careers and conducting a process control review, eliminating redundant controls, and enhancing the understanding of the relationship of the financial processes and the associated risks.

Marshal Wesley will make an inspiring presentation to students and faculty discussing his career and leadership the morning of Thursday, April 4.  This event is open to all students, faculty and staff as well as members of the community.  Mr. Wesley will also be available over the course of three days to share his knowledge and expertise with students, faculty and administrators on a variety of topics such as career placement strategies, making the transition from college life to corporate America and working with companies and organizations on research projects.
