The Prairie View chapter of NABA was selected as the chapter of the year for the greater Houston Area. The chapter was led by president Jonathan and faculty advisor Ada Till, CPA who was also selected to receive the Educator Award from the chapter. Three College of Business students D’Ann Dickson, Clarencia Weeks and Ginger Walker received scholarships from the organization and were recognized at the NABA Scholarship and Awards Gala held on May 18, 2013 in Houston.
