PVAMU’s Online MBA was recently ranked as the best for non-profit enterprises by Online Masters, which ranked a total of 50 programs.

For this complete ranking, Online Masters analyzed every MBA program in the U.S. It also consulted 50 industry experts, hiring managers, current students, and alumni to identify the 50 best programs for its list.

“We are pleased that our online MBA has been ranked as a top program,” said Munir Quddus, dean, PVAMU College of Business. “We are not surprised by these recognitions as we have a strong faculty who enjoy teaching graduate students using different modes of delivery.”

The university’s MBA programs are offered in both on-campus and online models through the College of Business. PVAMU’s College of Business offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in profit or not-for-profit enterprises. The program integrates various business disciplines to provide the high-quality educational experience needed to assume a leadership role as a manager or entrepreneur. Prerequisites include a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. The program is made up 36 credits, which can be completed either on a full-time or part-time basis. Programs are offered in the summer, fall and spring terms.

“At Prairie View A&M, we understand students are juggling multiple commitments, both in their professional careers and at home,” said Gabriel Crosby, director, graduate programs in business at PVAMU. “Our MBA program gives students the ability to complete the program within a timeframe they feel comfortable with, while also earning a quality degree at a value rivaled by other AACSB-accredited schools. We want our students to feel challenged but equipped to manage the responsibilities of being a leader in their organization and the community at large.  We appreciate the recognition for those efforts.”

This is not the first time PVAMU’s program has been ranked and recognized in this manner, Quddus said. The university’s program was also recently ranked among the most affordable Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business-accredited online MBA programs by GetEducated.com. PVAMU’s program is fully accredited with AACSB International, which is known as the premier accrediting body for business programs globally.
