Curriculum Document Tracking

The Office of Academic Affairs is currently in the process of implementing a New Curriculum Management System. The projected time of full implementation is no later than fall 2016. Until that time, we have developed a temporary system for tracking and uploading curriculum items that have to be submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs for review and approval. All curriculum items must be submitted through the Academic Affairs curriculum tracking system in order to be considered for approval by the University Academic Council or the Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs.

Each document and any supporting documents must be entered separately into the system and an electronic copy must be uploaded and the original documents with signatures submitted to the attention of Dr. Sarina Phillips in the Office of Academic Affairs.
